The role
- Run day to day site activity across commercial fitout projects
- Coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and keep the job moving
- Pick up issues early and work through them
- Keep communication tight with the PM and client
- Focus on quality and delivering a clean handover
- Experience on commercial or interiors projects
- Confident managing trades and holding standards on site
- Clear communicator with trades and clients
- Organised, practical, and calm under pressure
- Open to learning and doing things differently
- Wellington based with travel across projects
- Fast moving environment where plans can change
- You’ll be visible and front facing on site
