This is a key site based role on a confirmed project pipeline expected to run for at least two years, with further growth planned beyond that. You’ll be part of a close knit regional team and play an important role in helping our client continue to establish and expand its presence in the area.
You’ll report directly to a Project Manager and work alongside a Leading Hand who manages day to day quality control and health & safety on site.
To be successful in this position you will have experience managing up to 100 sub trades on sight & be comfortable using different project management software.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing site operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Overseeing programmes, purchase orders, and site documentation
- Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
- Maintaining strong relationships with local sub-trades and suppliers
- Adhering to high standards of health & safety
- Monitoring quality control and workmanship
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or residential projects
- Strong local knowledge and connections within the region
- Comfortable working in a growth-focused, evolving business
- Practical, reliable, and well-respected by subcontractors
- Strong communication skills
