What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a small but growing team of techs, apprentices, and coordinators
- Owning service delivery across a wide range of commercial maintenance contracts
- Pricing contracts, setting up job schedules and maintenance programs
- Working closely with building managers, property teams, and internal stakeholders
- Bringing a steady hand to people management, culture, and recruitment
- Trade-qualified, ideally in HVAC or refrigeration.
- Proven experience running a service and maintenance team
- Strong commercial and customer skills - comfortable fronting property managers and clients
- Solid understanding of contract pricing and operational delivery
- No ego - a great people leader with a calm, team-first approach
- Salary in the $100k - $120k range depending on experience
