The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of the commercial function, managing end-to-end financial performance across multiple live projects. This isn’t a siloed, spreadsheet-based role, you’ll be hands-on, working closely with delivery and project management teams to keep cost, scope, and communication aligned.
Key parts of your day will include:
- Full project ownership from procurement through to final account
- Managing variations, progress claims, and cost forecasting
- Preparing and tracking budgets in collaboration with site and delivery teams
- Ensuring clear communication between project, commercial, and finance functions
- Using Procore (or similar systems) to maintain financial accuracy and transparency
- Contributing ideas as the business continues to shape its commercial systems and reporting framework
