About Role
This is more than a clipboard-and-hardhat role – you’ll be front and centre managing construction projects across Auckland’s 3-waters network. From planning to procurement, pricing to people management, you’ll take ownership of key projects while helping grow the Auckland arm of the business. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations.

- 5+ years’ experience in project delivery (ideally 3-waters)
- Engineering or PM qualifications (IPENZ welcome)
- Confident leading site and office-based teams
- Experienced with NZS3910/3917 contracts
- Financially savvy and commercially aware
- Great communicator, collaborator and problem-solver
