What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing delivery of complex three waters and civil infrastructure projects
- Managing subcontractors, site crews, and day-to-day site operations
- Running contracts end-to-end including claims, variations, and reporting
- Working closely with internal commercial and delivery teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
What you’ll need to bring:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil (ideally water, drainage, or roading)
- Proven experience managing projects up to $10m
- Strong commercial acumen - understanding contracts, payments, and financial reporting
- Confidence managing NZS3910 contracts
- A calm, mature leadership style with a focus on team and outcomes
