Own it. Build it. Grow it.
You’ve spent years honing your commercial instincts, managing projects, advising clients, and balancing strategy with delivery. You know how to get things done, and you’re ready for more than just doing the next project.
This is your chance to take the wheel in a business that’s rewriting how property projects are managed. No layers of hierarchy. No slow approvals. Just a high-trust environment where capability counts and ideas are acted on.
You’d be stepping into an established business with strong roots across the North Island and a desire to establish those same roots in the South Island. They work with private developers, local authorities, and investors, guiding projects from bare land to completion, everything from residential and commercial development to public infrastructure.
The team blends commercial smarts with practical delivery. They’re not consultants in the traditional sense, they’re partners who make things happen. You’ll be surrounded by experienced people who back each other, share openly, and trust one another to deliver. It’s a culture that rewards ownership, initiative, and good judgment.
Right now, they’re looking for someone to take charge of the Canterbury market , to shape the regional strategy, grow relationships, and lead local delivery. You’ll work alongside capable project and development managers, supported by directors who believe in autonomy and accountability.
It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll deliver projects while driving commercial growth, part project lead, part business builder, part client partner.
What’s on offer:
- Scope to shape and grow the Canterbury business.
- Real autonomy in a high-trust, low-ego culture
- Work spanning development management, advisory, and project delivery
- Strong leadership backing and access to senior decision-makers
- Competitive salary (around $170k–$200k) with future shareholding on the table for the right person
If this sounds like the challenge you have been thinking about for a while, now could be the time to act.
