You may already be in recruitment and looking for something more meaningful than chasing the next deal. You may come from construction, sales, account management, customer service, business development, or another relationship driven environment.

The role:

We recruit white collar professionals across the construction sector, partnering with everyone from Project Engineers, Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Project Managers through to Commercial Managers, General Managers, Directors and business owners.

This is a relationship driven recruitment role where credibility matters. Our clients trust us to represent their businesses professionally and our candidates rely on us to provide honest advice throughout their careers. You'll spend your time building relationships, understanding businesses, identifying talent, supporting recruitment processes, and helping clients solve hiring challenges.
