Our client is entering the next stage of its growth, delivering increasingly complex residential developments alongside its established housing business. They're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can bring commercial leadership, challenge ideas, and help support that transition.
You'll work across the full commercial lifecycle, from early pricing and procurement through to project delivery, partnering closely with Project Managers and the leadership team. This is a role where your opinion will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to influence commercial decisions rather than simply administer them.

What you'll bring
- 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
