Unlike many QS roles, this position offers genuine variety. You'll be involved across both front-end estimating and back-end quantity surveying, working closely with project managers and clients to help deliver high-quality residential homes and multi-unit developments.
They're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates well with people and wants to broaden their experience across the full construction lifecycle.
What you'll bring
- Residential Quantity Surveying experience
