The business operates a project management model, delivering projects through subcontractor networks while retaining control of programme, procurement and commercial performance. Their work is largely within multi-unit residential and aged care, with a steady flow of negotiated and repeat projects.
This is a hands-on role working closely with project managers and site teams. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from tender through to completion, with real visibility across how projects are run.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting delivery of projects from tender through to completion
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor engagement
- Managing and monitoring project costs against budget
- Supporting contract administration across the build
- Working alongside delivery teams to maintain programme and commercial performance
- Preparing monthly cost reports and updates for senior management
- Contributing to overall financial outcomes on projects
- Picking up additional commercial or project-related tasks as required
