What you’ll be doing
- Managing all commercial aspects of assigned projects, from procurement through to cost reporting and final accounts
- Working closely with project and site managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing subcontractor contracts, claims, and variations
- Using Procore for cost tracking, progress reporting, and commercial communication
- Taking accountability for financial performance while maintaining strong working relationships across the project team
- Competitive salary (typically $120K – $140K depending on experience)
