The Opportunity:
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management and delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery across all phases of construction
- Managing programme, budget and commercial performance
- Coordinating project resources, subcontractors and suppliers
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing project risk, compliance and contractual obligations
- Driving safety, quality and operational performance
- Supporting and developing project teams
- Providing accurate forecasting and reporting
You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering civil or infrastructure projects.
You understand how to balance commercial performance with operational delivery and have the leadership skills to build strong teams and successful project outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience managing project budgets and programmes
- Strong stakeholder and client management capability
- Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
