The role
You’ll be responsible for managing projects end to end, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep things moving.
Day to day includes:
- Project planning and coordination from early stages through to handover
- Managing programme, budget, and quality outcomes
- Working closely with site teams to support delivery on the ground
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants
- Managing contracts, variations, and subcontractor engagement
- Keeping documentation and systems aligned with project requirements
- Ideally 5+ years Project Management experience within construction
- Experience across complex multi unit or commercial projects
- Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
- Good communicator who works well with both site and office teams
- Strong understanding of NZ construction processes and standards
