We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our clients team, delivering major industrial and renewable energy projects across the Bay of Plenty and Eastern Waikato.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work including solar farms, water treatment plants, and large-scale industrial builds, this is a key leadership role with immediate impact.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, driving delivery from start to finish while leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple electrical projects
- Plan, programme, and resource projects effectively
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors
- Oversee procurement and material management
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive successful project outcomes
- Proven experience in electrical project management (senior level)
- Background in industrial, infrastructure, or renewable projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
- Solid commercial and financial management experience
