The Role:
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who has come from a roofing background, is now off the tools, and enjoys owning projects end to end while leading people and managing client relationships.
You'll manage roofing projects from quote acceptance through to completion, taking responsibility for planning, delivery, quality, health & safety, budgets, and client communication.
This role is heavily client-facing and plays a key part in maintaining reputation for quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of residential and commercial roofing project
- Planning programmes, materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Managing budgets, costs, and job profitability
- Owning client & stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring all works comply with NZ Building Code and H&S requirements
- Leading, supporting, and developing onsite roofing teams
- Identifying improvements to systems, processes, and delivery
