What the job involves
- Price, plan and run projects from start to finish
- Work directly with clients on scope, pricing, variations and delivery
- Be on site regularly, supporting crews and staying across progress
- Manage communication between operations, clients and field teams
- Handle day to day project admin including cost tracking, claims and invoicing
- Troubleshoot issues early and keep things moving when challenges come up
- Be part of a small, tight senior team who work closely together
- Experience in civil construction or drilling
- Background running projects end to end
- Comfortable working with crews and confident communicating directly
- Good organisational skills and a practical mindset
- Able to balance office work with being hands on out in the field
