About the role
This is a Project Manager role focused on the commercial management of projects . It is not a site manager position – you won’t be responsible for day-to-day site delivery. Instead, you’ll work alongside site managers and QSs to manage the financial, contractual, and reporting aspects of each project. Your role will involve:
- Run multiple projects at once, from multi-unit housing through to commercial and seismic strengthening, with values up to ~$20m
- Own the commercial side of delivery - budgets, forecasting, reporting, and contract admin sit with you
- Hold responsibility for the client and contract programme, while site managers drive daily site operations and H&S
- Protect the business by managing claims, variations, and extensions of time so nothing slips through the cracks
- Be the key point of contact for clients, keeping relationships strong and communication clear throughout delivery
We’re looking for someone with main contractor experience who is confident managing projects from a financial and contractual perspective. You might already be an experienced PM or a site manager ready to step up. What matters is a willingness to lean into the commercial side of project delivery and embrace systems and reporting.
