- Coordinating consultants and design teams
- Reviewing drawings and identifying buildability opportunities
- Managing procurement and subcontractor pricing
- Value engineering and commercial problem solving
- Managing programme and pre-construction milestones
- Working closely with the construction team to ensure seamless handover
