What this role’s about:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients looking to build their new home, guiding them through the sales journey from initial enquiry through to contract. This isn’t a design role; it’s about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and helping them take the next step. Once the sale’s confirmed, the delivery team takes over, leaving you free to focus on what you do best, finding and securing the next opportunity.
You’ll bring:
- A solid understanding of the construction or residential building industry
- Experience in sales (property, new homes, or other high-value products)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple leads and follow through with discipline
