About Role
This is a pivotal leadership role heading the Hamilton office. While you’ll remain connected to projects, the real focus is driving growth: securing new work, strengthening client partnerships, and building a high-performing team. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you’ll set the strategic direction for the office, mentor staff, and ensure successful delivery of projects across the Waikato.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and mentoring the Hamilton team
- Driving business development and securing new projects
- Growing the firm’s presence in the Waikato market
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Providing strategic oversight while supporting project delivery where required

- 10+ years in project leadership, property advisory, or client-side project management
