The work is varied.
  • Standalone homes.
  • Medium density.
  • Commercial builds.
You’ll be involved early in feasibility and pricing, right through to subcontractor negotiation, cost control, and variation management. You won’t be buried in a large corporate structure. You’ll be visible, heard, and part of decisions.

What you’ll bring
  • QS or estimating experience within construction
  • Confidence pricing both residential and commercial work
  • Strong subcontractor relationships and negotiation ability
