With a solid forward pipeline across negotiated and competitive work, the Southern region is now looking to strengthen its pre-construction capability with the appointment of an experienced Estimator.

The Role
This is a predominantly pre-construction focused position, responsible for managing the full tender lifecycle across the Southern region.
You will:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs
- Manage subcontractor pricing and scope clarification
- Lead tender submissions from opportunity through to award
- Contribute to bid strategy and methodology
- Work closely with Project Managers and QS's to ensure a clean handover into delivery
- Support both negotiated and competitive tenders (currently a balanced mix)
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven commercial estimation experience on multi-unit, retirement, apartments or similar projects
- Strong take-off capability and cost planning skills
- Confidence managing full tenders independently
- Solid subcontractor engagement and market knowledge
- The ability to balance detail with deadlines
