About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate a team, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality electrical delivery on site. You’ll be across everything from resource planning and H&S to inspections, client updates and mentoring apprentices.
You'll play a key role on large-scale, technically interesting projects, including solar farms, marine builds, industrial upgrades and local infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing install and maintenance of electrical systems
- Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating your crew
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Liaising with project managers and clients on progress and delivery
- Supporting the development of your team and apprentices
- Hourly Rate - $48-55p/h + Tool Allowance + Registration Allowance + Tool of Trade Vehicle
