About Role
This is a site-based Project Manager role where you’ll lead projects end-to-end from budgets, procurement, and claims through to site delivery and client relationships. You won’t be spread thin across five jobs, instead, you’ll own one or two significant projects and be trusted to make decisions. With a flat structure and strong team around you, you’ll enjoy autonomy while still being well supported.
- Managing civil projects up to $10m, from planning through to completion
- Overseeing budgets, claims, procurement, reporting, and commercial outcomes
- Leading site teams and subcontractors while building strong client relationships
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards every time
- Making smart decisions on the ground to keep projects on track and profitable
- Driving collaboration, mentoring site staff, and fostering a positive team culture
- Salary based on experience + vehicle, phone & laptop

This role could work for either a junior/intermediate PM or a more experienced senior PM – it’s more about the right person, attitude, and fit.
- Civil construction background – subdivisions, drainage or roading
- Strong financial & commercial acumen with procurement skills
- Hands-on, site-based leader who motivates teams
- Client-facing, down-to-earth, and culturally aligned
- Confident using Excel and managing project documentation
