We’re working with a well-established civil contractor in Ashburton, known for its great reputation and strong footprint in the region. The team’s tight, the culture’s grounded in care, and the role has a mix of planning, delivery, and leadership without being bogged down in red tape.
They’re looking for a capable all-rounder to step into a key role, managing bids, contracts, and day-to-day project delivery, while serving as the main client-facing lead across key council and private projects. You’ll support the GM by taking ownership of pricing and delivery, mentoring a skilled team of engineers and supervisors, and staying close to clients to keep projects running smoothly.
