Sitting within the Sales and Marketing business unit, you’ll manage major bids and proposals, the technical, challenging ones that demand both coordination and commercial clarity. Alongside you is a BD Coordinator who handles smaller submissions, leaving you to focus on strategic, high-impact opportunities that shape the future of the business.
The role includes:
- Managing complex tenders, bids, and proposals across national and international projects
- Partnering with internal teams and clients to align on strategy, scope, and delivery
- Using tools like SharePoint, Canva, and HubSpot to manage, design, and track submissions
- Turning technical information into clear, persuasive proposals that win work
- Supporting broader business development and client engagement initiatives
- Strong communication and writing skills, able to simplify complexity and connect with people
- Experience managing tenders or multi-stakeholder proposals in a fast-paced environment
- A structured, detail-driven approach and the confidence to coordinate across functions
- Commercial acumen, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
