Shaun began his journey in accounting and finance at 18, driven by a natural affinity for numbers and a passion for problem-solving. Now, as Group COO of RWR Group, he combines strategic leadership with financial expertise to drive operational efficiency and business growth across the brands.

Since joining RWR Group in 2016, Shaun has played a key role in shaping the company’s direction, starting in the Melbourne office before returning to Christchurch with his husband, Stuart (Director of Retailworld South Island).

When he’s not optimising operations or crunching numbers, Shaun enjoys catching up with friends over coffee or wine. He’s also an amateur runner and a proud dog dad to Riley, their cocker spaniel, who rules the house with undeniable charm!
