Ginny, more affectionately known as Gins, boasts an impressive career in commercial and senior leadership roles that span construction, recruitment, talent attraction, technology and software. After initially starting at Retailworld back in 2004, her career has now completed a full 360 as the founding director of RWR Construction for RWR group.

During her most recent role as the General Manager for a construction tech company, she connected to the construction industry in the same way she was initially drawn to recruitment, through the authenticity and grounded nature of the people. "RWR Construction allows me to do what I love, supporting individuals in their careers and helping businesses achieve their goals through talent acquisition" she says.

For Ginny, success is not about the short term. She is committed to fostering long-term relationships and appreciates the diversity in individuals' motivators is what determines a successful outcome, especially within the recruitment sector where a "one size fits all" approach simply doesn't apply.

Ginny resides on the Kapiti Coast with her husband Chris, where she enjoys the peaceful surroundings of their lifestyle block. She spends quality time with her two beloved cavoodles, stays active with gym workouts, and appreciates the tranquillity of nature. She is also not one to say 'no' to cheeky Gin.

With her extensive experience and dedication to making a difference, Ginny's focus is on bolstering the success of the New Zealand construction industry through its workforce.
