New Home Sales Consultant – South Auckland Opportunity

About the Role
Based in Drury, this role is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow their business, own their success, and help local families realise the dream of home ownership. You will be part of the South Auckland team, working across house and land packages as well as design and build opportunities.

Split your time between the Show Home (Tues–Sun every second week) and the office (Tues–Fri on alternate weeks). You’ll receive walk-in leads and online enquiries, but it’s your own hustle; building networks with developers, agents, and landowners that will help drive both your success and the team’s. Being proactive is key!

Key responsibilities 
  • Selling new homes via house and land packages and design/build solutions
  • Managing the full sales process from initial inquiry through to contract
  • Prospecting for new clients and opportunities across the South Auckland region
  • Managing leads, pipeline, and follow-up tasks
  • Building relationships with clients, consultants, and the internal team
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager, Construction team and Support Office
About You
You don’t need to come from a building sales background – but you do need the drive and attitude to make it happen. This is a great opportunity for someone with grit, ambition, and people skills to transition into the industry and build a long-term career.
  • Sales experience (3+ years), ideally in property, construction, or high-trust products
  • Confidence working autonomously as a contractor – this is your business
  • Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
  • Having an understanding of the building process, plans, and materials is ideal
  • Confident, solutions-oriented, and proactive – you find answers, ask smart questions, and own your outcomes
  • You're a relationship builder who knows when to push, when to listen, and how to guide people through big decisions
